Carol Helton, Food Program Specialist
CCNP
Carol started as a Food Program Specialist with Child Care Links in 2021. She was a nutrition coordinator in a local preschool and the kitchen manager for a local middle school prior to coming to Child Care Links.
Carol enjoys spending time with her family, involvement with church, and traveling to new places.
Heather DuPree, Food Program Specialist
Heather just started the Food Program Specialist in 2025. She has participated with CACFP program as a home childcare provider for 12 years, and she worked in early childhood education for 19 years prior to that. Her dedication to learning led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in science of education from Kansas State University in 2010.
In Heathers spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and her dogs.
Eileen Sanchez, Agency Assistant
Eileen is the cheerful assistant that greets you when you call or visit our office. She joined Child Care Links in 2011 to provide assistance to the CACFP Specialists and Director.
Eileen provided care to children for over 17 years in her home prior to joining our team. Eileen is married with three grown daughters and two grandsons.

Beth Carlton, Executive Director
CMP, CCNP and National CACFP Board of Directors
Beth started as a Food Program Specialist with Child Care Links in 2005. She began directing the agency in 2016. She is responsible for the administration of all Child Care Links programs.
Beth enjoys spending time with her family and when she is not working, you might find her at the Beach.
