If you have an agreement with SRS to receive child care fees through the EBT process, you must submit a copy of your parent/provider contract to SRS. SRS uses the following check list to evaluate your contract:
Contract Includes:
   1. Space designated for names of children cared for to be entered
   2. Rate parent is expected to pay for services
   3. When parent is expected to pay for services
   4. Space designated for both parent and provider to sign
Contract DOES NOT Include:
   1. Excessive amounts of prepayment required of parent
   2. Expectation that SRS subsidized parents pay more than private pay parents
   3. Excessive amount of paid notice required to terminate contract
   4. Parent being required to allow provider to control subsidy benefits

We may be able to help you pay for your child care. Funding is available for parents in Reno and Rice Counties using child care providers in these two counties. You can stop by our office to pick up an application or download the four pages below.

Along with the completed application please submit:
    1. Copies of two consecutive pay stubs if working
    2. Copy of school schedule if attending school
    3. Denial letter from SRS
